Installing from The ISIS Computing Group's Web Pages

Please click here: The ISIS Computing Group OpenGenie web pages.

If OpenGenie will not run after installation, then it is likely that this can be solved by installing the Visual Fortran run-time library, which is available from the same download section of The ISIS Computing Group OpenGenie web pages.

Installing from The GEManaul Web Pages

Download, save to disc, and run one of the following versions of opengenie.exe...
August 2002 version January 2002 version
June 2001 version October 2002 version
May 2003 version

(Generally it is recommended to use the newest possible version)

Possibly (if you already have Fortran installed on your PC) you will also need to download and install the Fortran run-time libraries, available either from the Compaq web site, or here.
