Contents of detector groups for GEM 013x grouping files

The 013x groups files are applicable to data taken from run 8837 to 9382. At this time there was a wiring error on GEM, such that two Bank4 modules and two Bank7 modules were not working correctly.

Explanation of Detector Module Codes:

The first character is the bank number,
the second character is the side of the instrument (East or West),
and the third character is the number of the specific module.

e.g. 5E8 is the 8th module in the east side of bank 5.
