MASKGROUP : Remove masked spectra from a groups file

The program MASKGROUP may be used to remove unwanted spectra from a groups file. 

The unwanted spectra must be specified in a mask file, for example as produced by the FINDSPIKE program. The groups file which is to be masked must have been copied to the user's area before running MASKGROUP. The filename of the masked groups file, produced by MASKGROUP, should be chosen with care to avoid confusion.

MASKGROUP is run by typing run g_f:maskgroup (NOT in GENIE).
