6.4 GEM LabView PC

The GEM cabin contains three PCs. The one on the left hand side is the LabView Instrument Control PC. The other two on the right can be used for data reduction and data analysis. The LabView PC uses the Sample Environment Control Interface (SECI) software to control data acquisition electronics (DAE) and sample environment equipment, such as the Oscillating Radial Collimator, the Linear Sample Changer, the Oxford Variox Helium Cryostat and the Cryomagnet.
